Are you hungry for result? Do you need result in your life?
We are all hungry for results and not Just any result but the right kind of result.
However, two quick question you need to answer is:
- Are you ready to get result?
- Are you qualified to get that result you so much desire?
Let’s find out.
Result is the end product of action. As Keith Harrell puts it, “Action produces results” Without action you can’t get results if you need results, take the action that will Produce the results you need.
So, are you taking the action that will provide the result you need or are you expecting luck?
The Law of Serendipity
There is no such thing as being lucky. This reminds me of The law of serendipity which states that: Lady luck favors the one who tries.
If you and not trying out something, you can it be lucky. Only those who are courageous enough to step out and by are the ones who “get lucky”

No matter the kind of result you need, and no matter the area in your life where you need the result, the only thing that can produce the result you need is ACTION!
Action is the raw material that breeds results and planning is the plant that breeds action.
So, to get results, you must be ready to plan your course of action effectively and start doing whatever it takes.
How to get Results in Your life
Step 1: Determine the Result
It is important to have a clear picture of the result you want in you life.
I discovered that too many people know that they are not where they suppose to be, but they don’t even know where they want to be. No wonder why its said that clarity is 80% success. Knowing the result you want in your life is crucial to getting it.
So know where you want to end up, because you can’t get there, if you don’t know where.
Step 2: Know What it Takes
It is one thing to know where you want to end up, and it is another thing to know what it will take to get there. If you decide to buy a new Car, You will definitely take time to decide on the cost, other bills and charges that will accustom it.
This also goes for getting results. You must figure out three things:
- Cost: The Price you must pay (Time, money, resources, energy)
- Obstacles: The Stumbling blocks on your path
- Challenges: The personal limitations you are having
A lot of People Want to be successful, but don’t know what it takes to become successful. Don’t be like that, know what it, takes and develop a plan to conquer.
This leads us to….
Step 3: Develop a plan
If you fail to plan, you plan to fail.
You must develop a plan that will serve as a road map to the result you are looking to achieve. A lot of people are not getting the result they want, because they fail to plan effectively.
Make sure that your plan is very realistic and directed towards taking action immediately.
What this means, is that don’t add hope/wish to your plan, make sure it is something that you can get started on right now.
Step 4: Talk to the Right People / Person
Before you kick of your plan, talk to someone about your plan. You can talk to any or all of the following individuals bout your plan:
- Your Mentor
- A Coach or Counselor
- A Consultant
- People who have gotten the result you want
- Friends and Family (In some cases though)
All these are people who can help you in one way or the other.
Also, make sure that whoever you are talking to is someone who can offer helpful insight and guide as regards the result you are looking to achieve.
Step 5: Develop a W.I.T Attitude
W.I.T means Whatever it Takes.
A Whatever it takes attitude is the attitude of winners. Winners are ready to put in every effort necessary to make their goals a reality.
Are you ready to do whatever it will take to get that result as long as it is the right thing to do?
Develop a W.I.T attitude by being ready to pay the price and tell yourself that no matter what it will cost me and no matter how long it is going to take, I will get this result.
Step 6: Be Committed to Taking Action
Being committed to taking action means taking action. Create a set of daily actions you must take to bring the result you want into your life.
Now take the first and commit to taking that action every single day.
Step 7: Take Consistent Action Daily
Taking consistent action daily on your plan is a must if you want to get results. We have already seen that action is the only raw materials that can get the result you want in your life, so take consistent action daily on your plan.
With that said, It is important to note that taking consistent action daily is the most important factor that determines whether you will get the result you want or not.
Finally, It is important to note that you will not get the result you want in your life until you do the right activities that will produce the result you need.
These seven steps will help you get any kind of results you need in your life if you are willing to apply them.
